At Mordekai, our policy lasts for 14 days from receiving the item, for exchange only. After 14 days, it is final sale.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please don't hesitate to contact us at for any questions or concerns.


Only full priced items may be exchanged. Sale items and items purchased with a promo code are final sale.

Custom pieces are not exchangeable and are final sale.

In special cases, there is a 20% restocking fee for a refund, less the cost of shipping both ways. This is as each piece is made to order.

At MORDEKAI our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. Depending on whether we have the item in stock will determine the amount of time and we will contact you to inform you either way.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 3 business days with DHL if there is no trouble with customs. US order are sent for free if you choose USPS and $12 if you choose FedEx Ground. After processing and leaving the warehouse, if you chose free shipping items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. You also have the option for Fed Ex Express 2-day service for $40 and FedEx Express overnight services for $100.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and he will find out about your exchange.
