Anatomical heart necklace

Hand made, casted, and polished, this anatomical heart is made of bronze and is 24k gold plated. A labour of love, it took a year to finish this. The heart pendant has different finishes to distinguish each chamber and each vein. This is a one of a kind ode to true love.
